I did not set out to define a new role.

I set out to build a better organization.

But as I started applying AI agents to account
prioritization, customer preparation, pipeline
inspection, productivity, and execution coaching —
I realized the breakthrough was not just the agent.

The breakthrough was the human operating layer
around the agent.

Someone had to direct the work, inspect the output,
improve the workflow, manage risk, and connect it
back to business outcomes.

That is the work of the Agent Operator.

I write about what that actually looks like —
the operating models, the workflows, the skills,
the governance, and the measurement systems
required to turn AI agents into real business execution.

I am focused on how AI agents can improve commercial
execution, productivity, and operating models. My
broader interest is helping leaders and future
professionals understand the human layer required
to make Agentic AI useful.
